As COO, Denton will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure strategies across all corporate functions are aligned and executed effectively. As CGO, he will lead both organic and inorganic growth initiatives, build customer relationships, identify and secure new work, and guide the company’s marketing and industry engagement.

Denton brings over 30 years of experience in defense technology, including more than two decades in leadership roles across the national security technology industry. A U.S. Navy veteran and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he has built and led high-performing teams delivering technology in support of national security missions. Most recently, he served as vice president of enterprise cloud solutions at CACI International Inc., following its 2024 acquisition of Applied Insight, where he was president and CGO. Denton previously served as CGO at Bridges Consulting.
